It says "MAN DOWN SIGNED VINYL IS IN STOCK AND SHIPS WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS"

So, I would say YES, they are signed and ready to ship.

Yeah was answered yesterday but a post Sunday said they contacted CS and they said they weren’t signed

I guess the only way to know for sure is to order and if they aren't signed return them.  But the listing still says SIGNED, and even underneath it also says Signed Vinyl Is In Stock.  I'm passing on this as I've gotten Ice Cube before, but for others that are interested, I would take a shot.
