Another fake Mantle DiMaggio Williams from GAI from a reputable seller Probstein123 on Ebay

I'm surprised that Ebay seller probstein123, who has a good reputation, is selling a GAI Mike Baker authenticated FAKE Mantle DiMaggio Williams signed 8x10.

Steve, I was just about this piece-of-crap set of forgeries myself.

This garbage listed by Ebay seller Probstein123 was probably consigned to him after it was removed by another Ebay seller trying to sell it.

Its a shame this has happened...I have purchased some of my best Mantle and Dimaggio items off him in the past...unfortunately he usually has thousands of items for sale weekly...and crap like this gets in the mix...It does not make it right...I hate to see this..

Chris, I have bought from him in the past also. If this isn't removed, I will not purchase from him again. I e-mailed him as soon as I saw it and let him know that his reputation is at stake when he lists items like this and I have not heard back, nor do I expect to.

The sad thing is that if this same photo was up from another seller, less reputable, you probably wouldn't see too much activity. Buyers who recognize his user name will assume the item is good. If he sells it, I will wait until feedback is left, so I can get the user name, and contact the buyer as I have been doing recently with these photo's.

It seems that probstein123 is featuring more and more bad material. He apparently accepts anything that has a COA.

While I am not accusing probstein123 of intentional wrongdoing, I have a strong suspicion bad sellers are onto the fact that a powerseller like probstein123 is immune to having his items removed by EMR report. So if your junk gets booted from eBay, just consign with probstein123... He can sell it.
