This is insane!! If the auction house cant vouch for the authenticity of there own items, then whats the point in selling autographs?? If they cant vouch for there authenticity then why would anyone want to buy from them?

to be fair somewhere in RR auctions terms of service I believe it say's that there will be no refunds given under any circumstance if you pay by a credit card (I was reading the terms and conditions today) so I believe it's similar to julien's in that they try but don't really guarantee anything - just my opinion

Actually RR Auction has taken back and given full refunds if an item they sell later proves not authentic. It has happened to me more than once.

I believe this to be absolutely true too Bruce. RR will refund if an item later turns out to be a forgery. At least that's what I remember. Maybe it was just Roger. I can't remember for sure. I do know they stand behind their stuff, and that's good enough for me.

Here is my second QUESTIONABLE signature for the upcoming auction. In my opinion, it is 100% fake.
