This has got to be one of the ugliest Derek Jeter forgeries I have ever seen!!!

This is simply a putrid-looking Derek Jeter forgery on a baseball.

The below laughable Derek Jeter forgery on a baseball was listed and sold by Ebay seller Epawnamerica for $194.20.

Ebay sellers of crap like this know that Ebay is heavily populated with wannabe autograph collectors, suckers and impulse buyers.

With all of the authentic Derek Jeter autographs on Ebay, why would anyone waste $194.20 on this piece-of-crap Derek Jeter forgery.

Here is that laughable Derek Jeter forgery sold by Ebay seller Epawnamerica.

On a Sunday no less lol

So now we have 2 coas that are "faked" both with horrible jeters. Maybe you should tell their "lawyer" to pop their head in here to let us know how 2 are forged with different coas. Also if he would submit several real examples of the coa with his clients signature I would love to compare how off it is.

I had never heard of AME before I observed those two Jeter forgeries on Ebay with AME COAs.

They do enough business that they have Sports Attorney who responds on a Sunday?

You can't make this stuff up.

It appears they have done some signings (no Jeter caliber players). With that said a fake coa is supposed to ADD value not make people search to say who the hell is this coa from. I have my suspicions what happened here. But wouldn't want to get their sunday lawyer on us lol

...it's not a "Sports Attorney"; the company's name is "AME Sports".

As for the retainer comments, is it in-house counsel or an outside firm? The email address would answer that quickly.

If it's in-house counsel, they're likely salaried, and, as such, work whenever they're needed. A lot of companies of all sizes have in-house counsel, because it can be a lot easier & cheaper to put someone who happens to be a lawyer on your payroll than deal with retaining an outside firm.

If it's an outside firm, then, unless your contention is that they spoofed a law firm email address, the questioning of his credentials is unnecessary & only detracts from your actual point.

By any chance, did you even Google the lawyer's name before implying that he wasn't one?

And this ball according to the COA was from a signing in 2013 in Minn. just so happens to be where Mr Ryan lives. What a kawinki dink.

Here is the site to the lawyer that contacted me when I questioned the COAs..

And here is a Better Business Complaint about ame sports from 2014. They claimed then he was selling forgeries. He then talked about his female lawyer and did the typical thing when these bananas are caught selling fakes blame it being an IP autograph. And that if it has a AME coa they witnessed the signing lol

Business Response
My name is ************* owner of AME Sports. This is the response I sent the person with the complaint.
I have many autographs in my store. We have many players(former and past)
come into our store. This is the best way I can explain this.
Joe Mauer, Brett Favre, Jared Allen, Zach Parise and many athlete's have
websites that they sell their items through with their holograms. If they
sign at training camp, spring training or before or after the game do you
think those people from their websites are there? Matter of fact she got a
deal because the photo itself was not in good condition because of how long
someone waited to get it signed. Which would never happen if you bought
from a website. I would be happy to give store credit or exchange but
nothing is "fake" in here and the fact that she says "store is selling fake
items" so for that I'll attach my attorney because I have been in business
for 7 years and to be honest this feels like an attack. Thanks!
I then let her know that if it came with a COA that it was witnessed by my business and a witness of my business which it does. I also informed her about the fact that Ebay doesn't even allow certain players such as Favre to be sold by any company other than BrettFavre.com and she reply'd with "Shame on them" So hopefully this not only helped her but also educated her on this business. We have MANY followers and athletes who love to come here and we are growing. Thanks! ****

Good work. This is sketchy. I contacted AME and 'Lawyer' requesting their 'authentic' COAs so that we could do a side by side.

No answers...here's the response I just received from lawyer:

I appreciate your reporting this matter and your concern.  My client shares that concern.  However, at this point this is a legal matter and we will be addressing the appropriate parties regarding this issue.

If you should come across any other parties attempting to sell fraudulent goods online with an AME COA, please direct those communications to my office for further investigation.

lol

Ditto.
