Bought 4 military hats signed by Trump, ebayer told me he, his wife, and a friend got him to sign these hats at the Mesa Arizona Trump Rally.  Said he also is a former Marine.  Long story short, PSA DNA Quick Opinion told me "likely not genuine"  Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am also posting an example of a $2 bill that PSA/DNA authenticated as an example, looks the same to me.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with PSA on this one.  his signature is very inconsistent, so the fact that all four of these look almost identical is very concerning.  I just bought a signed Crippled America book, and studied his signatures for quite a while before making the purchase.  these just do not look correct.

Thanks for you comments.  I am in the process of doing a return, this should be fun!

Agree with Terrier.

I agree with with Steve and Terrier.

Agree with Chris, Steve and Terrier. Let us know how the return goes- this seller seems an angry one.

Eric

All of these military hats look bad.

looks like the seller has relisted these pieces of crap:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/DONALD-TRUMP-PRESIDENT-2016-US-AIR-FORCE-HA...

He accepted the two returns on eBay, sent the other two done through PayPal to an escalation.  This guy already has two sold on completed items and expects us to believe the other 4 were also signed at this rally?  Come on! 6 hats signed by Trump at one rally? Complete joke!  Negative feedback will be left after this fiasco.  I recently sold a Roberto Clemente that came back fake, issued full refund no questions asked, I make mistakes but this guy is obviously knowingly passing fakes.

Now I see he also has the NAVY hat that I am returning relisted as a quantity of two, and all his Trumps are $80?  Come on guys, people need to get on the phone and call this guy out on eBay, this just isn't right.  Unreal

Ebay won't care.  That is the sad part.  They allow it, and even encourage it by not pulling these items when they are reported.

I reported his items and just spent two painstaking hours on the phone with people from ebay overseas.  Trying real hard to get these hats removed, and get my money back.  He didn't accept the returns yet, but messaged me saying send them back, not sure what the hell he is up to.  God this sucks!  I bought three hats already and they have JSA tags, should stick to the those and avoid headaches.  Look at this, weird signature never in a million years would think it is real.

Terrier is spot-on, and as I have always stated for years; in my opinion, Ebay encourages the listing and selling of forgeries by doing absolutely nothing about it.

The other problem with Ebay, are the buyers.

If people don't buy that crap, the sellers of forgeries are out of business.

It's one of the primary reasons why the forgery business is a multi-million dollar a year business.

People get on EBay and assume it is a safe place to purchase autographs.

Ebay, in my opinion, is the most perilous place to buy an autograph for those who don't know autographs.
