2 x Muhammad Ali's (plus Larry Holmes) - Help sought

Opinions appreciated.

The second is allegedly circa 1965.

The first a glossy colour photo. The ink on the "Ali" starts to fade at the end.

The first one is definitely fake, but the second one looks fine.

I don’t know about Larry Holmes, but the first Ali is definitely fake. It’s from Operation Bullpen. The second Ali looks good though.
