I noticed that Mc being matted out also.
If you would be kind enough to explain Mr Terrier; how you can tell it has been matted out ? It just looks like a mess to me
look at the upper right hand corner of the second photo.
looking back at the beatles set, while the signatures are correct, I would be highly suspicious looking at the paper and considering what Nate brought to our attention.
Isn't that the same piece that Paul Jones purchased?
yes it is Christopher
good find Ballroom. Nate, this is very revealing and useful. thanks
Wow, well found Ballroom. I see they are progressing a little by removing 'The Beatles' from the top! As much as I dislike the pre-print brigade on eBay at least they have the decency to tell everyone what they are selling are copies.
Thats incredible, the exact same autograph, well spotted you guys. This autograph will go up for auction in England tomorrow in the Warrington Auction with the John Lennon autograph too. Well I must say thank you all for your help because I was interested in bidding.
Looks like they are expanding their market! Glad we were able to save you some money.
Just an update for you all. The Beatles autograph sold for 35o dollars at this auction so I guess most Beatles fan knew this wasn't the real deal. Unfortunately somebody still spent a lot of money on a fake or thought they got a bargain. I had contacted the auction house before the sale to notify them that it was fake but my email was ignored and the sale went ahead. Again thank you all for the advice.
