I wrote to Rough Trade and told them that the book had arrived unsigned. I received the signed bookplate separately today. Well protected. I'm happy.

Still in stock at Rizzoli (bookplates)

Not sure if they ship outside the U.S.

Wow. Shipping to Germany costs 42 dollars.

Well, probably not unreasonable compared to what I paid last time I ordered from Deutsche Grammophone. But I get it. I guess we're all at the mercy of shipping costs and vendor shipping restrictions.  Have to figure out who has the best deal you can get.

The sigs are nice though.  And she is a legend.

Yes they do.  My copy was sent to Australia via Fedex and arrived a few days after posting.

I have found that international postage (mostly purchases from UK and US) is getting more expensive to support this hobby but I have to absorb it if it's a book I want.  Unfortunately, Australian bookstores rarely get signed copies, especially from people of Annie's calibre.

Available online at b&n if you don't want to travel to the store. Might be the only thing good at b&n for black Friday

Just noticed the link goes to the hardcover version. You need to make sure to manually click on the signed version

The signed page I got from Barnes & Noble is spot-on.

I got mine the other day, very happy and nice large, bold on page signature. it's interesting how they are from Rizzoli. I would guess there had to be a bunch of extras Barnes got their hands on. I haven't seen that before, and I know there were a lot of book plates being advertised. The book itself is gigantic but looks really cool with the pictures and descriptions by Annie on the back sides.

Rizzoli publishing and Rizzoli bookstore aren't the same thing. They are separate entities under common ownership. Side by side the books aren't the same. The B&N offering has an additional tip-in page bound in.  The ones from the Rizzoli bookstore are the standard edition signed in person or with a bookplate added.

Well just got the Barnes & Nobles book and compare it to the Rizzoli book.  Rizzoli is bookplated while Barnes & Nobles not bookplated.  The only complaint is with the scratch looking front cover of the Barnes & Nobles book.
