I inquired about a Mantle signed ball for sale on eBay and told them, they may have a forgery on their hands. https://www.ebay.com/itm/263718486055?ul_noapp=true

Well, they disagreed completely and noted it came with a COA.

They actually said,

Please reply when u know what ur talking about . Have coa and receipt of purchase . Please don’t waste my time.

They also said,

Can u please send me ur information and certificate that makes u a collectible expert that is more qualified then the extremely reputable sport collectible stores that we purchased the items at for hundreds of dollars each item.

Well, I'm not an expert. Not even close. Although, I've learned a little and I'm still learning.

Oh my!

Ian wrote, "Oh my!"

I think those exact two words should be used as the analysis on all the PSA or JSA rejection letters when a submission is this bad.

well it has a real official-like  coa so it must be authentic.  Morons

this just goes to my basic point that people are just stupid idiots these days. All I can say is the seller is a complete BOOB. Worst of the worst Fakey Fantle's you're ever gonna see. Stevie Wonder could see it.

That is one ugly Mickey Mantle forged baseball.

Agreed.  We should all go on there and send them a message that that auto is fake.  I think I will too.  Anyone else?

Well, I don’t know if they pulled it or if time just ran out.  The auction ended with 0 bids.

Indeed, sir!

They’ve also got a nice FAKE Hank Aaron ball for sale as well along with many others I’m sure.

They have a Williams, DiMaggio and Mays, too. I think they're all bad.

It's so bad that Chris and Terrier didn't even bother weighing in ("I think the boys can all handle it. They don't need us for this").
