Hi all, I just bought this cast-signed script off of eBay. The seller attached photos of what look to be the item with the exact signatures. They looked convincing enough to me to buy it. The seller also offered to get it authenticated by Beckett before he even mailed to me (with me covering the cost). Would this be enough evidence of authenticity to you guys? Or would you still recommend it getting authenticated for extra assurance?

I don't know the autographs but that actually looks a match to the photos! Impressive. I reviewed their eBay page. Lots of BAS and nothing I knew looked squirrely. If they'll cover the costs of BAS if it fails, and that's on the receipt, I think you're safe.
Thanks for your reply and opinion. The photo proof they provided is definitely impressive. So much so that even if BAS or PSA told me it was fake, I don't think I would believe them. Which is why this might actually be the first item in my collection that I'm okay with not even getting 3rd party authentication on and just using the photos as proof of authenticity.
I’ve seen lots of faked photos but this does not look like one. I went over the signing photos sand compared them carefully.
Yes, I considered the possibility of photoshop or the forging of the autographs in the same manner that they are in the photos. I suppose both are technically possible, but very unlikely from what I can see. The half draw autograph in the photo proof is especially convincing to me. Thanks again.
You're a very aware and smart collector.
This seller collects autographs in person with my closest LA collector friend. I personally wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them... photo proof or not. But their pictures have come in handy in the past because they often catch people signing for my friend as well. In one case I ended up with a shot of Natalia Dyer signing my Stranger Things script cover at the premiere for Season One... which is great because she wont sign anything anymore.
Thanks for the info. They definitely seem legit from looking at their other items - they honestly probably have the best photo proofs I've ever seen from an eBay seller. I actually had fun browsing their store just to see all of the cool items and photos they uploaded. Regardless, I'm very pleased with the script they sold me - especially at the very reasonable offer they accepted!
