Hi, I am new to this forum. I own the 3 pictured items and they have COA and LOA, but I am looking to see if I have been scammed.
I am a new collector and may go ahead and go get them checked by another authentication company.
These items are hand signed with a hologram and LOA and COA. I paid over $500 for all 3 items plus auctioneers premium and shipping....
I need some good news here as I planned on donating them for a charity event and do not want to get sued...
Who should I use?

No response yet from them.
Ralph,
I think you'll get your money back one way or another. Their terms make it sound like you can't, but those terms don't apply if fraud is involved.
Also, the company is located in California, and any forged sports, entertainment or music autographs sold in the state, or sold by sellers located in California, could entitle you to 10-times damages and attorney fees and costs, if not more.
These are the terms you "agreed" to when you bought from them:
By participating in High End Memorabilia's Auction, the bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with HEM. By placing a bid the bidder specifically agrees that bidder will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card, or any other third-parties. Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that bidder will pay HEM a minimum of $300 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. Upon breach of this agreement bidder grants full permission for HEM to charge their credit card once more to protect against bidders keeping items and filing a chargeback. In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of HEM's approval of the application of the bidder to bid in HEM's auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by bidder against HEM and further agrees that bidder is liable to HEM for all damages, losses and costs.
Their guarantee is also meaningless:
Signatures & Authenticity Guarantee All autographed items come with a Lifetime Certificate of Authenticity with numbered tamper-proof decal. This Certification of Authenticity does not imply that the item will be certified by any other rival authentication companies. The accompanied certification is the only certification the auction company can confirm. These items are being sold as collectable pieces and there is no guarantee that this item can be resold on any online marketplace. Each of these companies has their own policies and politics.
No need to get them authenticated Iron Maiden and Linkin Park are fake 100% Dio is hard to tell but what I see I don't like
