When I was 7 years old (1987) My uncle had a huge stash of cassette tapes in a box I found in a closet in our house. The same people, Kiss, Ozzy, AC/DC.. I had a small taste of them but couldn't get into them until later in life. I connected more with his other cassettes of Queen, Pat Benatar, Aerosmith all really stood out. What's funny is, when I became a teen, growing up in Chicago, I thought anyone who listened to that stuff was hippy suburbanites lol.. When I was 10, I remember being made fun of in class because, when asked what my favorite music was, everyone was saying vanilla ice or janet jackson or whatever lol, I came out and said the truth, DEF LEPPARD!! I cant tell you how much I was made fun of and honestly couldn't understand why.. Finally I learned that all kids are worried about fitting in so they take the safe popular choices.. That's probably why I stayed away from "classic rock" for my teen years. looking back, I really regret it. Kids have no idea how to think for themselves at all.. we all became scared little followers trying to fit in and its something I didn't realize until I was older, I gave Classic rock another try and a ton of memories came back from my early childhood. Ever since, I try to expand my tastes. I've learned so much over the last 10 years especially, that I honestly wish I was born in 1969, or earlier instead of 1979. Kenny, as for if you are old or not, Ill post this quite from Airheads... "There's a saying Milo: If it's too loud, you're too old"

It was basically a freebie with a CD purchase, so it's hard to be too mad about the item quality one way or another.

Admittedly, half the fun of some of these preorders seems to be finding out what we actually get.

To get back on track, this is probably the best point of all!

My old question has always been "OK. It's real. But is it of quality? Is it nice?" Settling on quality just for authenticity will not do well in the long run IMO. It never has.

Got it today. Honestly doesn’t look all that bad.

yours definitely looks better than mine, maybe mine was just from a dying marker and now I regret that I canceled the 2 I had coming from Amazon UK this morning

I have several sets of BSB autographs.  these are typical of how they sign today.  As far as investment, I doubt anyone collects BSB signatures for investment purposes.

I might have to disagree with you unfortunately my friend.

Anyone purchase from amazon UK and receive theirs?

I am hoping it arrives to my friend's house in the UK before Christmas, LOL/LMAO! ;-)

I can't find the vinyl thread, was that one of the KD ones?

A recurring question on this forum is to open or not to open a sealed autographed product. I decided to open the BSB vinyl I intented to leave sealed. Turns out it is missing one of the signatures. Big bummer. Big downside of leaving stuff sealed: you don't know for sure what you've got.

It was a KD thread... My vinyl came with the insert outside of the sealed vinyl. Im planning to give it away and wondering if there is another autograph inside? Was everyones insert bought from the BSB site inside the vinyl?
