Karen, if you say who you're asking about in the title you'll get more and better responses.

Please forgive my. I promise from now on to post in the right group. I'm still trying to figure out the site . All my best K

Karen, it's really too bad your son destroyed the photos.  You may have been able to make a case in small claims court.  If you have other fake items, give it some thought.

No apologies due!

I fully understand your son's frustration and anger but the evidence is literally gone.

If someone else can go into the store and see if the crook is still selling forgeries then there might be future legal action that could be taken, but I don't see how you have any case any more if you've destroyed the evidence.

I still have several of his autographs from that store and clown owner

It might be very small consolation, but your husband obviously thought they were real and he got enjoyment from owning them.  I guess it's better that he didn't have to experience this.

That is a very thoughtful point JK.

Thank you for the kind words and I agree with you. thanks so much

Very sorry for your loss Karen. Unfortunately, fake autographs are very common. It's happened to all of us before at some point.

this is not authentic

Thank you so much. I really want to thank all of you, for taking time out of your busy lives, to help me. Thank you all and blessings to you.
