Barbara Streisand - Fake, Yes?

No skin in the game - not looking to acquire one (although I like her) but checking out the source. You will be relieved to learn that they offer a COA without charge.

I have looked quickly online and this example appears laughable but I don't know so please advise. They have non-signed stuff which caught my eye but if they are not legit I am not interested.
