Beatles Signed U.S. Help Lp

Any thoughts on this signed US Help Lp? Is it done by Neil or just another forger?

This is authentic according to Caiazzo and Perry Cox -- it was for sale from Rockaway Records on Ebay listed at 75 grand I think (not sure if it sold as it's not there anymore). It has some issues -- the last few letters of McCartney were completed / gone over by another hand. An inscription in the upper right has been partially erased. Signed to a Capitol Records executive.

Not exactly sure - He/she is from the UK and all I have is an email address. I think the person is from the Liverpool area. I was emailing with Mark at Rockaway Records and he sent me a photo of their Help Lp which is waiting to be picked up by the purchaser. It is the same one the person in the UK is trying to sell. I did ask the seller prior to the Mark emails to send me a photo of the back cover which he did. This of course just means he has a US Help Lp. The scams never stop!!!
