Bela Lugosi - JSA approves - What do you think?

This one has been making the rounds on the market lately.   

JSA gave it the nod for a fee in January '25. 

How does it look?

Last I saw it was on Simon's site as an exemplar IIRC. I could easily be wrong. Probably am.

I just saw a discussion online on another autograph forum about album pages.  One of the members over there wonders why people even bother to try to get album pages certified when ALL of them are REAL.
