Hello people, has anyone ever dealt with a guy who use one or all of these address?

Tihomir Petkov - or Vladimir Petkov, on skype he uses vladimirpetkov11

dairy5885@abv.bg
breitling80900@abv.bg
thunderhack@abv.bg
vladimirpetkov111213@abv.bg

We had a deal on two autographs, but he sent me something VEEEEEEEEEEERy different from the deal. I don't even know if what he sent me is legit, since I don't know Blaze Bailey's signature.

Please let me know something, before I go to the Police and to italian Guardia di Finanza.

I know he's a friend of another Bulgarian guy in here.

First, I am very sorry this has happened to you.   I certainly understand your frustration when a seller is less than forthcoming with an explanation. I agree with others here that the credit card company should be able to recover your money.  I think wascher and Peter C. are right I also suspect it is probably is an error rather than an outright scam.   Having said that I do think the seller should contact you to reassure you that you will either get what you paid for or a refund.  As for Mr. Georgiev I too have  recommended a seller and then later I myself had problems with that seller.   Mr. Georgiev's intention I am sure was only to be helpful.   So my advice would be to contact your credit card and then see what they say.  I do hope this works out so you end up with your lithograph since if you are like me that means more than the money.

I thought you bought a Freddy Mercury from him, Nicole.
The Freddie Mercury was half the price a genuine one typically brings, so I think there is some sort of scam going on here. However, I don't think that Martin knew that. I have a message out to him, but I haven't heard back yet.

For clarification:

Nicole told me s/he bought a Freddy Mercury from Martin's friend Vladimir Petkov for €260. AC/DC was mentioned as well, but it's clear that I don't know all the particulars of the deal. Including that I didn't know that Nicole Ridgeway was not the name used to make the purchases. That must have been rather confusing to Martin when I wrote him.

At this point, I suggest we just sit back until we know what really happened and who is involved.

Visual Gallery here in the good old USA has legit ACDC lithos for sale.  I don't understand why you don't at least use a mans name if you are a man and not a he/she.

I told him about Visual Gallery in the blog that he links to in the beginning of this one
Based upon what I've read so far, Martin would seem to an innocent casualty in this whole matter.

Back from the weekend, I'll try to explain BETTER what happened.

First of all, Nicole Ridgway is just a nickname I use over the Internet. When I joined this forum, I noticed lots of users were using nicknames, so I went for it. My real name is PAOLO, very common Italian male name. If you think you get confused, I can ask moderators to change my login name, or I can delete this account and create a brand new one with a correct name.

The deal was for 2 autographs: Freddie Mercury and AC/DC litography. You can find a couple of threads where I was asking for opinions. I know the price was veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery low, but that was seller's idea because I was having problems during the payment.

I tried to send the payment to these address: vladimirpetkov111213@abv.bg [Vladimir Petkov] and thunderhack@abv.bg [Tihomir Petkov] but my money returned back instantly.
Since I was LITERALLY running out of money, the seller agreed to accept 2 instalment: 160 euro IMMEDIATELY on May 14th - 100 at the end of the month when I got my salary.
He agreed for that because I'm Martin's friend, and I had a deal with him just a week before. I also made some deals paying installments, and someone in here can tell I've been DEAD ON TIME on the day of payment. That's why the seller accepted my instalment. Also, he really sent me mails CONSTANTLY asking me to login on
Skype to complete our deal. I have been literally flooded with mails asking: "login on Skype please"
Up to know I only received ONE answer. Or better, ONE question: he asked why I got a Blaze Bailey and Gus G. and where I took them from.
ARE YOU SERIOUS??? You sent me that - now you ask me why I got that and disappear?
I would really have accepted an answer like: "Sorry, I got confused - send them back"...some explanation...I got NOTHING.
Since this scammer is Martin's friend, I decided to contact Martin, explain the situation and see what he can do.
Why Martin? Simple. He wrote on Skype that this friend is so correct, he even sends Martin the signatures, if Martin likes them he pays. If he doesn't, he will send them back...I still have Skype conversation.

May 19th.

[19/05/2015 12:31:40] MeSSi_10: we are from different

[19/05/2015 12:31:51] MeSSi_10: towns

[19/05/2015 12:32:02] MeSSi_10: and he send to me with delivery company

[19/05/2015 12:32:09] MeSSi_10: see and if i like it pay it

Hope the situation is getting clearer now. As I said before, I PERSONALLY THINK I'm a honest person. I recently had a deal, I paid in installment and when the deal was over, I decided to pay the shipment costs because we had a misunderstanding with the seller about the shipment. Seller wrote to me he would have paid half of the shipment, I INSTANTLY paid the whole price of the shipment because both of us didn't remember who would have paid for that.
There's nothing better than talking and GETTING EXPLANATIONS.
That's what I'm really looking for.
What would you think if tomorrow I decide to vanish from here? Would you think I'm fair?

You state the Bulgarian guy is Martin's friend, but I'm a little unclear on what that entails exactly. Did he claim to know him personally and/or actually vouch for him?

He said he knows him, and he traded something so he told me he's reliable.

Did the Freddie autograph arrive?

-w

No. I paid for AC/DC lito + Mercury autograph. I got Blaze Bailey and Gus G. instead.

And when I asked the seller for explanation, he didn't reply. Vanished in the haze.
