I don't like the Dylan.

I don’t like it, either.

I have seen one authenticated example with that same squiggle on the tail of the letter Y. It seems to be an anomaly in Dylan’s signature, rather than a regular trait, but recently I’ve noticed it being repeated by forgers.

These signed cards are so easy to forge as they are cheap and forgers can practice over and over. This looks way too perfect/neat for Dylan (unless he's signing his artwork or books for charity).
