You should definitely complain. They probably do not have another book to exchange for you since the book is sold out. Suggest asking them to give you a 10% discount if you want to keep the book or get a 10% discount on next purchase. Something like that. I had this issue with a purchase like you with 2 books (China signed by Rutherford) came in really damaged. I kept one of the book b/c I really wanted to read the story and return the other book. The customer rep gave me a 10% discount on the book I kept plus a 10% discount on a future purchase. Not all experiences are that great buying on-line. Hope that helps!

LOL, I hear you. I especially like that decal beneath signature for the book from Waterstone. Makes it stand out. The BAM book does not have it... just the jargon "this signed edition has been specially bound by the publisher."
