I have just purchased an autograph book and there is an inscription just inside. Hollywood 1940.

I presume that it belonged to someone who worked in the movie industry as there are many well known actors of that time  in the book including Nelson Eddy, Reginald Owen, Ralph Forbes, Heather Angel, Joan Blondell, Dick Powell, Frederic March, Henry Wilcoxon, Walter Kingford, Bonita Granville, Jackie Cooper, Nydia Westman, Philip Merivale, Dorothy Stone, Eric Blore, Mary Astor, Herbert Marshall and many many More But.....I can't decipher this signature.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Another one I can't decipher

I believe this one is Claire Trevor.

Thanks Joe for the info. I would have never got that. I can see it now . Thanks again

You are welcome. She received an Academy Award for her role in the film Key Largo although everyone remembers Bogart and Bacall.

My favorite Humphrey Bogart film.  She was great in it.  She achieved one of the most sympathetic characters in film history.  She was also great in Stagecoach.

I agree, Mike. Here is my Trevor signature.

I love the way that you present your autographs.  Very nice.  Good call on the Claire Trevor autograph that is a topic of this discussion.

Key Largo, great movie!!!   My favorite is Casablanca.

Just watched "The Devil Doll" with Lionel Barrymore (also in Key Largo) last night.
