I just picked up a used copy of the Franklin Library edition of "Delusions of Grandma" by Carrie Fisher, and wanted to get second opinions.

Everything looks good to my eye, and I can't imagine someone would forge/alter one of these, but I'm always skeptical when a deal seems too good to be true.

The main thing that stands out to me is that this is in Blue ink, when all of the examples I've found online are in Black?

In my humble opinion, real.

As far as I'm aware, Franklin Library/Easton Press books are made to order/designed as LE editions to begin with. Presuming that the rest of the (leatherbound) book is there, I find it very hard to believe someone could fake it, even for a Fisher sig.

The autograph looks pretty typical to me.

Agreed, looks good
