This is a signed bookplate. He’s doing a book signing tour in association with Waterstones, so I would expect some non-bookplate signed versions in due course. Might be worth waiting to see where he is visiting?

You can cancel it very easily. I ordered a second time with discount and canceled the first order using the official form. I received confirmation within a few minutes.

They are not currently advertising a signed version at the moment. Well, not that I can see!

Book tour details have dropped on LiveNation. I counted 16 shows total, at least half of them in the UK. 

I also noticed Ireland and Toronto

Autographed book packages for those in the first 10 rows, so not a heck of alot of signed copies there.

Boston

Philly 

Hollywood

Chicago

For anyone still looking for a signed copy without going to the show, I think Resident still has them.
