Beckett living up to their reputation. Hacking off on garbage. Those are not good.
I was under the impression that Beckett was one of the better ones out there. My theory of 'only trusting experienced collectors' is getting proven more and more by the day, it seems...
Good. I think that only great collectors can be authenticate some autographs... Tracks, Recordmecca, Memorabilia Uk are great seller but also collector, Frank Caiazzo...
Many fake are in felt pen... When i see a signatures in felt pen, i have fear to buy...
Steve Grad is the ultimate Metallica fan and extremely good on their autographs. These may be lousy on-the-fly ones. I think they need more research and input.
Steve may have been good with Metallica sigs once upon a time but that was pre Beckett. He used to be good with a lot of signatures. Doesn’t seem to be that way anymore.
No chance he could convince me that these are authentic. I’d be curious to know who submitted these for authentication or if these were authenticated in one of their heavily discounted bulk hotel room sessions. Bet that would give a better picture of how these were passed.
as much as I hate steve
the lars is good and the kirk has a chance if he rushed ive seen inperson like it before no clue what Roberts looks like
i also have a discussion on autograph live about a back to the future signed large photo and with beckett letter of authenticity and wondering how they could do that.i know steve grad does know his graphs but i see more and more autographs on ebay with beckett authentication that give me second thoughts.
