Are there many preprinted Dan Marino signatures?

I wrote to him circa 1997 and got a preprint on a similar small promo photo, and I believe the Dolphins sent out tons of them. That being said, I'm not sure if he ever actually signed any of these B&W promos, but I'm guessing not since the 80s if at all.
