Do PSA/DNA, JSA, and Epperson use the same Exemplars when making determination?

I'm just curious -- do all three companies use the same exemplars when making "likely genuine" or "no likely genuine" decisions? What database do they use? Do all three have access to the same databases? How does one company deem an autograph "likely genuine" while the other deems the same autograph " not likely genuine"? Anyone have an answer?

I know I didn't throw it out. It's somewhere in the house. As she was signing she said she always makes the "O" larger when signing an autograph! During the commercials, while host Richard was getting his make-up fixed, co-host Oprah walked over to me and spoke about once getting an autograph from Charlie Pride and how she always wanted an autograph of Diana Ross. We talked about what I collect, also. James, she's not faking it. She really is interested in what others have to say, and when she has tears in her eyes, they are real tears!

That is great to know, Herman. It's good to know that she is genuine. And how cool that was for you to be interviewed by Oprah when she was on the cusp of superstardom!

To answer the OP's question, in my experience the TPA and the outside consultant do not have the same database. They each have their own exemplar file.

If there is an item in question, each side may share a few exemplars to back up an opinion.
