I called the # listed on the contact page, straight to "no representative is available to help you at this time" and it hung up. I'd start emails, Twitter and Instagram msgs every few hrs everyday until an actual human responds. You've been more than patient with them. Sounds like they screwed up quite a few orders. Also start a credit card dispute to recoup the unsent item charge?
