Odd.

I'd toss both those certs and get opinions from knowledgable Beatles/McCartney experts.

I think that's a wise choice with this one.

It's a style I've seen before that I don't trust.

I'm surprised that PSA did a letter. Since Joe Orlando signed it, I wonder whom reviewed McCartney. I don't believe Joe reviews autographs, but I could be wrong.

december 11 th 1989, he took everyones items up into his room at the plaza athena new york hotel., his confidante richard brought them up, he signed at least 30 or more, all full paul mccartneys, and linda signed some also. after this, in the 90s, his signature wasnt full anymore, and as time went on, it got worse. 

So you essentially suggesting this was done by proxy? Like A Mama Jean Harlow?

im not an expert on him, but i would pass on it. a very strange p i never seen before.
