Anybody ever deal with ebay seller dogsda_10? Based out of the UK

Selling a few charlie watts I was looking at, he has a few other autographs that looked decent.

Here is the link to his store: https://www.ebay.com/sch/dogsda_10/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_i...

His Brian May autograph is very strange to say the least... I have more than 20 of them, nothing like his !

Well that is alarming. I was about to say that there are several autos that he has that all look like they are by the same hand. Really insane.

Yes, I thought that too...

Many big names at super low buy it now prices. Robert Plant Zeppelin SP for $122?

Huge red flag.

Robert Plant at US$122 is no red flag, it's fake ! You cannot get a Plant signed piece for less than US$ 250 (from him, on his website, sometimes...), and this is really a minimum.

So US$ 122 is either from somebody not aware of the value (doubt it), either somebody starving (doubt it too) or a fake !

Yeah he has some items that aren't TOO cheap but almost like on the really low end of everything. They claimed this is some of their life's work apparently... I just don't know why people sell fakes...

Fir your information the seller had lost his job and needed to sell hhese so your doubt he is starving remark is jckeed for

The items on eBay from this seller are all fakes, IMO. Now that eBay has an authentication service for sports cards (before they are shipped to winning bidders) there is hope eBay will soon have an autograph authentication service to weed this garbage out.

Thanks for that yeah I’m very thankful for this community. He had some elaborate responses for everything I asked. I’m still doubtful eBay will do much about this because they profit so heavily on those unknowingly purchasing fakes. Such a shame….

So your the expert are you?

FYI I purchased on autograph from him. Was in constant touch and was sent the item by registered mail for which ha had to provide his own address.

On top of that, I have been collecting this particular artist since 1979 so know the difference.  By the way, the autograph was identified as genuine by someone very close to the artist herself

Here is what you consider a fake
