Ebay Seller fancyclancy1 Lists Forged Signed Mickey Mantle Bat COA Legends Sports Memorabilia

Check out this forged Mickey Mantle bat listed by Ebay seller fancyclancy1 with a worthless COA from Legends Sports Memorabilia (from Las Vegas---Where Else).

Anyone recognize who forged this bat?

Yep--Greg Marino of Operation Bullpen infamy.

Here it is:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Mickey-Mantle-Autograph-Baseball-Bat-Louis...

Funny, that with about a day to go, the bidding is only up to $355.00 with all of those so-called inscriptions.

There is bidding on this crap because Ebay is so heavily-populated with impulse buyers and delusional autograph collectors, and Ebay doesn't care...

They profit every day from the sales of forgeries.

This is a piece-of-crap forgery penned by Greg Marino.

I hope the winner of this junk submits it to Beckett, JSA or PSA.

Ebay seller fancyclancy1 writes "I believe this autographed bat is one of the best looking Mantle signature you can find for sale on a real Louisville Slugger. It really is a beauty compared to others listed, no disrespect intended to the other sellers. I’m my opinion, if this signature were to get a PSA grade for quality, it would be very high."

Seriously!!!!

That is one ugly fake. The Ms are a joke. Like a needle in the eye.

For sure, Steve.

People are actually bidding on this garbage.

Typical Las Vegas junk!!!

I don't need a closer look.  This is an atrocious forgery.

LOL, a real mantle bat  with a No. 7 inscription was sold for $1,800.00 a couple days ago... AND NO CERT! because there wasn't one needed to defraud.

Only a cheap idiot complete maroon would bid on that horrible forgery PERIOD. In this day and age, they get EXACTLY what they deserve.  I hope the buyer hits himself in the head with it some day to knock some sense into him.

Then he can resell it as game used!

I just saw on eBay. I cannot believe that piece of junk sold for $1545.00

I have no sympathy for the person who wasted $1,545.00 on that crap!!!

Shame on that seller!!!!
