Once again this proves how easy it is to sell forgeries on Ebay.

Check out the below forged Mickey Mantle and Sandy Koufax baseball card sold by Ebay seller Joedjmetro for a whopping $137.50.

This are simply laughable forgeries penned by a kitchen-table forger.

Ebay is so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers, that selling forgeries on Ebay is actually easier than selling authentic autographs.

And in my opinion, Ebay encourages the selling of forgeries by doing nothing about them.

On any given day, more forgeries sell on Ebay than authentic autographs.

The people who buy this crap think that Ebay filters out the forgeries before they are listed.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Ebay is probably the most dangerous place to buy autographs if you know nothing about autographs and that's why the forgery business on Ebay is huge.
