Check out this laughable and hideous-looking forged "Mickey Mantle" 1978 World Series baseball.

This is about as laughable as it gets.

With Ebay so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers, selling forgeries on Ebay is actually easier than selling authentic autographs, and the sellers of forgeries know it and that's why they list garbage like this!!!

And Ebay loves it!!!

They have profited big-time from the sales of forgeries for the last twenty years.

The Mantle 1978 World Series ball was penned by the infamous forger, Greg Marino.

You'll note that there is a notation in pen on the reverse, "10,043 JD"

This is an "authentication" notation made by "J. DiMaggio," one of the bogus forensic authenticators associated with the Marino forgery ring.
