Eric Clapton authenticity check please

HI what does anyone think of this Clapton im thinking it has a decent chance it doesn't match most of his known styles but he did get erratic at signing in the 90s it comes with a coa from a company I have trusted in the past thank you

The photo is inkjet printed. Inkjet printers that aren't for commercial users like printing companies came out in Sept. 1995, and were nowhere near this quality and degraded quickly until 2000 or so.

A 90s signature would be on a regular continuous tone photo, the kind you get from Costco.

Thanks Steve the coa is dated 2004 but I assumed it might be an earlier signature just by the style,its looking doubtful that it is authentic though now
