That is so messed up. I will take a video opening the package when mine arrives unless I decide to refuse it.. they have never responded to my email but i will still start hounding them for answers.

Just received this email. Seems like they will fix their error and as stated it will be a signed sleeve not an insert..

Unfortunately, we have just been informed that we received unsigned stock at the warehouse in error. Consequently, we shipped the incorrect version to you.
