That is so messed up. I will take a video opening the package when mine arrives unless I decide to refuse it.. they have never responded to my email but i will still start hounding them for answers.

Just received this email. Seems like they will fix their error and as stated it will be a signed sleeve not an insert..

Awesome. Glad you got it. Im having an awful experience so far. They never replied about a tracking number. One day out of nowhere, I received an empty vinyl mailer from sandbag so I'm pretty sure this was supposed to be the replacement. The mailer was defective with the side completely slit open (the part that holds the vinyl in place inside) and the replacement cover must have slipped out during shipping?.. I reached out to them twice so far with photos and still no response.

Just want to be sure because its hard to tell in the photo since the inserts look similar, you received an actual vinyl cover? Same cover that comes with the regular vinyl?
