Well said! Imagine someone would still buy though.

I just had to message the Arsehole on ebay and sent him photos of how the sig should look when it's not faked and told them his fake listings have  been posted on here and that a toddler could have forged them better and to expect a knock on his door from the Local constabulary !

Comparing them to all the other genuine sigs on the Title page .... The Sig Looks nothing like Bono's, is too big for the page, shakey,  and is in the wrong place......

Nice work! I really hope ebay do something about this!!! Gutted for the buyers.

Sadly ebay won't do Jack s***.

I am in the UK and there has been a person on there that gets an old disused account and the following happens weekly.

They make up over 1000 fake listing with Cars mostly Old VW's / Fiats/ Minis / Motorbikes and Motorhomes on buy it nows with prices ranging from £3000.00 - £50,000.00 each or more and list them all with the 2nd page having a link to a email address to contact with a reduced buy it now price. They even use the same old listings over and over.

So they have well over £2 Million pounds worth of cars for sale at any one time on ebay UK.

I've reported them 20+ times a week for the last  2 years, spoken to ebay chat and on the phone.... - ebay eventually end the listings after a few days - but he just starts up again on another unused account a week or so later with all the same cars..... it's a total joke and just shows e bay is not safe to use at all!

Unbelievable. Commendable that you report them but seeing fakes like this all the time is a losing battle sorry to say. It's disgusting these sellers can just start a new account!!

Yes they just keep hacking into old disused accounts - it's the same person as they use identical looking contact details which is always on the second and last page with the 90% of the same vehicles.

One car he has been using for the past 18 months that sticks in my brain is a 1958 Bright Yellow VW Beetle as I have a Metallic grey 1958 VW Beetle !!!

3rd One down on the list - Ebay have intercepted it and removed it / changed the price to £1.19  but it still shows up in the searches - nobody ever buy that car or anything off that seller if you stumble across it again! !!!

Thank you for posting the pictures as well as the links.. ebay listings are now gone. And we would no longer be able to see the examples if they wernt posted separately. I am just seeing this thread now and am amazed someone would even attempt to sell such horrible forgeries. It looks like something an 11 year old might try to get away with

Strangely ebay.com don't show all listings.

Here's the co.uk link:

You can see seller sold several copies! Still amazed people bid.

He is showing a legit book in the pic with the front as the signed by author sticker matches bet the one the buyers receive don’t have the sticker

Wouldn't be hard to scan + print some stickers. Hope he can cut in a circle better than he can sign.

Very true

Looks dodgy to me as well.
