Seller states that he obtained it personally TTM. He also has a form letter from Frank Oz's office. Opinions please? Thank you.

If I am not mistaken, Oz may have used a secretary signer. For a second opinion you may want to use SWAU online opinion: https://swau.com/products/autograph-verification
