I have been working on this one for awhile, and I am thinking about getting it all framed, but I wanted to hear some opinions about authenticity before pursuing that.  Here's the story on each of these, in case anyone is curious... I purchased the Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford as a set on eBay.  They were both inscribed, but I trimmed off the inscription because they were both larger than a standard index card anyway, and it worked well to trim that way which also removed the personalization to someone other than me.  The Phil Collins is an auction purchase with JSA cert.  The Gabriel and Hackett are TTM that I acquired.  I emailed back and forth with Steve quite a bit (great guy!) and I took a chance on sending to Peter at his recording studio.

I'd love some thoughts if anyone out there has any!  Thanks!

Steve has been easy to obtain over the years and TTM successes have all looked authentic from times I've seen them. If you have confirmation directly from him, well that's even better and absolutely amazing. I also have an index card signed by him TTM. For Gabriel, I have him on a bookplate with his daughter on her Eye D book. I had planned on cutting them out to create a a Genesis custom auto trading card using a  "damaged" vinyl cover signed by Phil, Tony and Mike since all signatures are small. All 5 would fit. I've been on the fence in doing this for a while now and keep second guessing destroying the cover completely.

I'd much rather use your items in a matboard project but personally, for my own tastes, I'd rather have them as a smaller footprint. A trading card I can hold in my hand seems best but I might end up making a custom 8x10 created the same as a custom trading card which I can still keep in a binder.

As for authenticity, I like all but would want to research the Tony Banks a bit. That one id wait on others here to help verify. The Banks I have is signed slightly different. Yours looks to be his more expected style but I'd be completely sure about that one before I put it behind glass. Similarly, I have seen others like mine presumably that came from the same signing, but have yet to come across another that has true verifiable provenance. This is the main issue that has kept me from getting anything done even though I'm pretty confident, I'm just not 100% without more proof. My vinyl cover was posted at the link below if you are interested in seeing it. Overall, If you feel certain about your Banks signature, it makes complete sense to do something to get them all together. Be sure to post what you decide for us all to see and admire. I'd love to see what you end up doing with these

Thanks for this awesome response!!!  Very much appreciated!  And thanks for sharing your own story... I looked at your pics... great stuff!!!  I generally agree about the smaller footprint.  I have sold or traded several larger items and replaced them with smaller ones so I can put them in a binder.  My two all-time favorite bands are Genesis and The Beatles and I made a huge investment in some cut Beatles autos from Tracks that I framed up and hung on my wall, and I am considering doing the same with my Genesis signatures.  That would be it for framed pieces for me.  Thanks again!  Hopefully I will get another response or two on here about the Banks.  Thanks again and happy new year!

imo make  the autos rather than the display rhe 'star' of the piece.  I have often seen over elaborate displays where you struggle to find the autographs

+1 less is more.

totally agree.  I would be shooting for an 8x10 photo with the 5 indexes mounted beneath and that's it.  No other paraphernalia to muddle things

An official b/w promo photo instead of a color image can do wonders. The eye won't be drawn to the color "distraction." It also has some intrinsic value.

This is my Beatles piece.

Nicely done.
