Given the generic nature of these letters and the fact they were coming from a sitting president, I believe they are almost certainly Autopen. The Christmas 2006 letter may be a preprint.

I agree that on the face of it they are incredibly unlikely to be authentically signed. 

One note to add: the signatures on many modern letters from the White House are not even autopen - they are laser printed along with the text.

Agree. I got these same letters when Bush was in office and they were all laser printed signatures along with the text.
