OP is absolutely not Grace Kelly's authentic signature. 

This was done by a German fan mail service through the mail.

I looked back my notes, the OP is probably a product of the "Filmstar-Sekretariat Hans Dangers" in Berlin.  From the period, but not from the hand of Grace Kelly.
