You're certainly right, I haven't looked into their music or their signed items yet.

But for an artist whose popularity is still limited but probably increasing, I find such a signature disappointing.

If for example Mick Jagger would only sign "MJ" - that would be a shame too, but that's a very big name who could rather "afford" it.

I do wish I'd got in on the personally signed option from Banquet, to get a bit more handwriting from her (whether it was my name, lyrics, etc).

She's actually been getting bigger the past couple years and is looking at a #1 debut in the UK and likely top 5 in the US. And the recent collaboration with Taylor just gave her an even bigger boost. But that's not the only reason for the short sig, as I think it's been that way since at least early 2022. Some artists seem intent on shortening their signatures early in their career for whatever reason. Sometimes its huge signing sessions like this that do it for them.

Still looks cool Rich! I like how it looks like a star at the end, very nice!

Canadian vinyl restock set for July 17:

drops – UMUSIC Shop Canada

I am banning initialled items from my collection going forward....

I have seen some documents signed "jg" by Jackie Gleason which I would pursue, but in general I agree with you.

Sold out notably quicker that the other two signed insert releases, though I'm not sure if the vinyl itself is really that much more limited (seeing as how the unsigned version is still there).
