Very excited about my latest acquisition. A 1965 Beatles signed “HELP!” related piece. It’s a BOAC ‘Beatles Bahamas Special’ in flight menu from their February 22nd, 1965 flight from London on their way to The Bahamas to start filming the movie, signed beautifully by all and also by “Help” cast members Eleanor Bron and Roy Kinnear. It was signed for the pilot of the charter flight. ‘Billy Wyatt’ was signed by Paul, just joking around with a made up name. Big, beautiful signatures on the back of this 7 1/2 x 20 3/4” menu. I’m thrilled to add a set from the year 1965 to my collection. I now have 63, 64, 65 & 67.

Upon their arrival in the Bahamas, a reporter asked.

“Well John, how was the trip over, did you all get bored on the flight, or did you have things to keep you entertained, that y’all were doing?”

‘Well, err, we all got stoned.’

John Lennon.

The menu front.

From Frank Caiazzo’s LOA.

Typo. It’s 10 3/4”.

A wonderful item. Congratulations!

20000£?

Beautiful!!

What a great item to own. Congratulations from down under.

Lovely of course but sometimes items that are absolutely perfect (perfect signatures, perfect placement) can seem a little boring, especially if sourced from a top dealer. At least the order is not John, Paul, George and Ringo and there is some surface dirt and foxing. Perhaps I'm just jealous. It's a cold, rainy Monday morning too...

Very, very cool piece.  Congrats.
