Has there ever been a company called "Premiere Authentication Services"?

hi, 

does anybody know if that company "Premiere Authentication Services" ever existed? i was told it was the best authenticator in the 90's and early 2000's but i cant find anything About them or ever heard of them.

I can't say I've ever heard of them. I was actively collecting during the period when they were allegedly "the best" in the hobby.

I'm not familiar with them but they may have existed. Post the autographs being offered for authenticity opinions. That's all that counts.
