I dont believe this is real.

I agree, unfortunately. It appears to me to be consistent with a known forgery style.

Interesting since it appears signed by three different persons.  Also, why would a forger write so much extra text which could be used to invalidate the signatures?

I don't believe they were signed by three different people, and I've seen Hendrix forgeries with longer inscriptions.
Where did you buy this?

Here is a page of working lyrics to If 6 was 9 for comparison.  Come to think of it, authentication for this writing on a psychedelic hotel stationary-England- would be nice too as I don't think I ever asked anyone here.

Yeah, I found the page on known Hendrix forgeries as well. Unless Hendrix was able to improve his penmanship during autograph signings, this one doesn't look good...thanks!

yes theres a batch of these lps around they are decent forgeries and have been discussed a few times on here

I had seen it before and it looks genuine to me.

Ballroom is referring to these handwritten lyrics, not the original post:

Correct. Thanks, Steve.

i remember the original post for these lyrics a few months back i still think ive seen reprints of these commercially available some years ago though of course they could be the originals
