And don't settle for a store credit; get your money back.

Hey Joe...as you already know...its unfortunate...but yes like Mr.Cyrkin pointed out these particular Mantle and Williams forgeries and are quite common...there in the 10's of thousands in the market...or at least used to be...an authentic dual signed Mantle Williams buy itself should run a minimum $375-$450...Iam certain if this seller had these 2 for sale they have a ton more in stock...get your money back...nothing less...he may or may not know what he's selling...but one thing is for certain...if there in the business of selling autos for a living and there not willing to give a refund...they may know exactly what there selling...PURE FORGERIES....

Well written, Cee Gee.  This crap is in the marketplace by the tens of thousands and we all know who certs most of it!!!!!

well cee cee  i am going to try tomorrow  afternoon  he doesnt give he my money back i might have him shut down  he been there for a while too so if he wants to  stay in business he better give me my money lol

thanks all that help me   i am going to take care of this bs tomorrow  with this guy

Go get 'em!!! And be sure to report back!

If they choose not to comply, a nice call to the Attorney General's Office always gets the job done.

Steve, not with Martha Coakley's office and for such a small amount (and presuming this is all true... but until I see a receipt posted here or supporting evidence of the sale posted here, based on the asst.Mgr's claims I gonna sit on the sidelines with advice) then the office of the AG is pretty much useless when it comes to singular complaints.  While they have mediation services they have NO POWER to enforce it NOR based on a singular complaint do they even take legal action.

I should have said to make the suggestion that they would contact the office, the threat alone is usually enough to coax an unethical business person to issue a refund.  The last thing these people want is undue attention.  I don't know about other states, but here in AZ, if you file a complaint, the recipient is required to respond.  One of my student's mother works as an attorney in the Attorney Generals office and she said they make a point to follow through on all fraud complaints dealing with businesses.  No guarantee how long it would take though.  Of course, another avenue is always small claims court.  I'm sure the seller will offer a full refund and all will be settled tomorrow.  Best of luck Joe.

hey Joe...when you get a chance feel free to browse my forgery files...all my pictures on my page are fakes...if you ever need to compare autos and they look like any of my pictures stay clear away from them...there all FORGERIES

HERES A GOOD MANTLE...AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES THERE NOT EVEN CLOSE
