In your opinion, which of these ebay sellers is selling real stuff and can be trusted?

Based on my research, I'll say 1 and 2 are trustworthy,  #3 to some degree, #4 not much, probably fakes, and #5 very likely not real. How wrong am I?

Other than Jack Dempsey I have not collected much in the way of sport autographs, so I am not much help with the sellers you list.  Just remember some trustworthy sellers unintentionally sell bad things, and horrible sellers sometimes sell good ones.   So my advice to collectors is to know the signatures you want.  Trustworthy means they do not knowingly sell forged or secretarial not that they do not get fooled from time to time.  That is where knowing the autograph comes to play.  I avoid "atypical" signatures.  In my view, it is better to pay more for a good signature than get a cheap one that everyone will question.

Yes indeed.  Can't argue with any of that, Scott.

The first one looks good, but notice that the pictures he posted with each item do not always match the item itself - probably since he asked each celeb to sign multiple items.

In any case, I think you should browse the sellers catalogue to check that he either sells all of his stuff either with a COA from one of the big four authenticators, or with proof of obtaining in person. But I also agree with Scott Paul, in that you should research the autograph you are looking for.
