Stevie Ray Vaughan - Iconic Legends Company COA - is this reputable ?

Hello Everyone, I was interested in an autograph someone has for sale and it comes with a COA from a company I am not familiar with. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a reputable company ? The COA says Iconic Legends (IconicLegends) and then shows an e-mail listed as authenticcollectables@comcast.net.

It also shows there is a hologram number on the COA, but there is no website listed to even check it out, so that makes me wonder. Here is a photo of the COA. Your help is appreciated.

Here is the Added Photo of the SRV Auto:

You're better off checking out the authenticity of the autograph and discarding the COA altogether. Whoever they are/were, they were likely a nobody in the hobby (at best).

Rich, OK, Thank You So Much. I will add a photo of the SRV auto.

The autograph is not authentic.

Nick, Thank You So Much for the help, I appreciate it.

Even knowing very little about Vaughn's signature, it's slow and shaky as though it was being drawn/copied/ Combined with that bad COA from a likely made-up company, I'd take a had pass on this.

Rich, I had my doubts about it, but wanted to reach out to this great group. I will pass on it, thanks again for the help.

Not Legit !

Sorry, not real at all.

Garden variety "Board Certified, Court Qualified Forensic Examiner" bull$h1t COA. COAs with this kind of language do not accompany authentic items. It is a copy and paste from Crooked Seller 101 textbook.
