just saw this now.. comparing certain aspects, I'm suspicious.. this is not an item id personally be willing to dump thousands on

I'm certainly no expert.  What I do see right off is the same writing instrument used for all four with also pretty well the same pressure applied to each.  Signatures rather carefully rendered, & ink looks rather fresh.  Quite neat placement in each of the quadrants of the album cover.  Very nice and tidy with a goal of visual appeal.  I'd say unnaturally so.
