is this James Stewart Autograph real?

Hi everyone, I'm new here, but have been reading the forums for a while. I recently acquired this James Stewart photo with an autograph. The letter of Authentication stated it was signed in January of 1979. I have attached photos of the signed photo of James. Thank you all in advance for your help.  (Acquired on an Etsy sale)

I do not believe this is authentic.

I agree, the picture signature is not authentic.
