Is this real, Beatles Autograph.

So this looks to be a good price on ebay. The listing states that they would offer a refund if any of the experts say it is not authentic. What do you all think?

I would say yes authentic and rightly dated 1965.

Autographs look good but I'm not sure that $6,250 is that good a price for a set on two pages.
