My favorite movie of his was "The Bellboy."

Was sad to hear this. I always watched his Labor Day Telethon.  As a kid in the 1960s the rare times we went to the movies was to see either John Wayne or Jerry Lewis at the drive-in. My favorite move was Who's Minding the Store.
